Description:
Ezepot is a two
component polyurethane based potting compound used for
potting of electrical and electronic components. The system
comprises two liquid components, Ezepot 802 and Ezepot 902,
which are mixed together and cured at room temperature to
form a tough yet flexible mass having excellent electrical
and waterproofing properties. Ezepot can also be used for
cable jointing applications.

Features:
·
Low exotherm during curing
·
Excellent flexibility & resilience
·
Low shrinkage
·
Good electrical properties
·
Room temperature curing
·
Low density hence lesser consumption of
material required to fill a given volume
·
Completely waterproof
►
Processing:
Mix thoroughly 8
parts by weight of Ezepot 902 with 1 part by weight of
Ezepot 802. Pour the material within 25 minutes. For best
results, vacuum the material before pouring. Allow the
material to cure for 24 hours at room temperature (20º C -
40º C). If a quicker curing schedule is required then the
material can be cured for 4 hours at room temperature
followed by 3 to 4 hours at 80ºC.
