● He is one of the early starters of the Plastic Industry in India and has a postgraduate degree from USA in polymers. As President of Bhor Industries, he was instrumental in setting up of manufacturing facilities, for the first time in India, for production of PVC calendared rigid and flexible sheets, coated PVC/PU coated fabrics, floorings and insulation tapes.

● He is a fellow of the Institute of Materials, UK, and fellow of the Indian Standards Institution and was the Vice President of the Plastic Institute, UK.

● He has been President of All India Plastics Manufacturers Association, Indian Plastics Institute, Bombay Productivity Council, Organization of Plastics Processors of India and Vice President of the PlastIndia Foundation.

● He was a member of the Development Council of the Government of India for ten years.

● He is a proud Rotarian

● He has over 25 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, marketing and new product development of industrial chemicals and polyurethane/epoxy resins.

● He is a life member of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers and has presented several technical papers at national seminars.
