Protecto-GlasRang-SB is a revolutionary, solvent based, glossy two pack Polyurethane glass coating which has excellent adhesion to glass and is highly scratch resistant. It is available in clear, white and black colour and is easily tinted by solvent-based colour stainers. Protecto-GlasRang-SB is resistant to stains caused by spillage of tea, coffee, gravy, etc.

·  GOOD WATER AND CHEMICAL RESISTANCE:

Protecto-GlasRang-SB is not damaged due to exposure to water. It also shows good resistance to dilute acids, alkalis and oils.

·  ECONOMICAL:

Due to its good covering capacity, Protecto-GlasRang-SB is highly economical and cost effective.

► Application:

       Mix thoroughly the two components, A and B, in 1:4 ratio by volume. If you wish to modify the colour of the coating, add solvent-based stainers in the desired quantity and mix thoroughly. Thin the material with 15-20 % water. Apply two coats of Protecto-GlasRang-SB by spraying (at 1.8 kg/sq. cm pressure) or by brushing, keeping a gap of 2-3 hours between coats. Use the entire mixed material within 3 hours. Use entire mixed material before it thickens too much.

       Apply evenly in very thin coats to ensure quick drying and a superior finish.

       Allow the final coat to dry thoroughly. Full adhesion and scratch hardness is achieved after 3-4 days.

► Storage and Precautions:

Protecto-GlasRang-SB can be stored for 6 months in its original, unopened container. Avoid all contact with eyes, skin, and clothes while handling. Use water to clean brushes, rollers, spray gun, etc. In case of accidental swallowing, drink large quantities of water and seek medical help. In case of any splashing in the eye, rinse with cold running water for 10-15 minutes.
